About us

Our Mission is to create detailed & beautiful maps for military families to commemorate the places they've lived & served.

As a military family, we know what its like to move from city to city. Home Base Maps was born out of a desire to commemorate all the places we’ve called home with simple, beautiful maps. My husband (the tech guy in our family) uses mapping software to create the layouts for each map. I use my graphic design day job to refine the layouts, add color and text, and make them into the final product. We then print and package each map in our home studio.

We created Home Base Maps out of a desire to tell our military family’s story with gallery wall-worthy art. We are so honored to help you do the same!
